Florida Land Design & Permitting
Founded in February 2019, Florida Land Design & Permitting Inc. (FLD&P) is a team of experienced engineers, surveyors, planners, and ecologists dedicated to assisting land developers in achieving their goals. With a "Make it Happen" attitude, we have successfully completed numerous projects throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas.

Our leadership includes Edward Mazur, Jr., a prominent civil engineer in the Tampa Bay area since the early 1970s, and Jay Hunting, an expert in all aspects of land development projects. In early 2022, Robert Fudge, P.E., joined as Vice President of Engineering, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering projects.

At FLD&P, our principals are hands-on managers who oversee every detail of a project, from initial planning through to the end of construction. We have experience working with all state and local municipalities, as well as Florida's Water Management Districts, ensuring that projects comply with all regulatory requirements.

Our comprehensive services include civil engineering, land surveying, ecological services, and land planning. We have worked on a variety of projects, such as master-planned communities, commercial developments, office complexes, shopping centers, hospitals, apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and hotels. Our integrated approach allows us to deliver innovative, reliable, and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of every project.
