Civil Engineering
Our Civil Engineers have extensive knowledge in design and permitting projects throughout the State of Florida. We work closely with our Clients to take a project from initial concept design to obtaining all permits needed for construction. Once construction begins we observe and assist as needed throughout the construction process. Our staff has experience dealing with the Municipalities as well as the Water Management Districts. We perform our services on all project types like Master Planned communities, Commercial Development District communities, office developments, shopping centers, hospitals, apartments, townhomes, condominiums and hotels.
Land Surveying
Land Surveying is an intregal part of the civil engineering process. The data collected by field surveyors is used to create topographic and boundary data on our projects. By having our own in-house surveying department, we are able to better meet deadlines and provide the best possible service to our Clients. We have the control to keep the project moving and not having to wait on an outside firm to provide the data. As a project goes to construction our survey department is able to work closely with the Engineers to make sure the project is moving along seamlessly. Our survey staff provides Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Plats, Construction Stakeout and Record Survey services.
Ecological Services
Ecological Services and the permitting process go hand in hand. Our staff has extensive knowledge in wetland mitigation, listed species surveys and jurisdictional determinations. We have experience working with SWFWMD and the other Water Management Districts and can assist our Clients on any ecological issues that arise on a project.
Land Planning
Planning services are what determines the go or no go on a project. If a project needs rezoning or to determine the best layout or use of a parcel, our Planners are there for our Clients. We work closely with Land Development Attorney's, Local Municipality Planning Departments, County Commissioners and other administrators to assist our Clients on getting their project through the process. We have also teamed with Tarapani Planning Strategies, led by Cyndi Tarapani to best serve our Clients.
